My personal approach is to run a bespoke activity designed to address a specific problem. This could be individual mentoring, a team workshop or a ‘boot camp’ designed to deal with intractable business problems in an intensive environment.
I will share, enlighten, advise and then work with the leadership team to build, grow and engage with each other and the challenges at hand.
