Working closely with Executives, Key Stakeholders and Joint Venture partners to repair or build strong working relationships.
Sometimes repairing or building a relationship within the Executive Team itself, or with Joint Venture partners, is a direct brief from a CEO – and sometimes it arises from the process of working with clients to build plans, create cultural change or to transform the business.
I draw deeply on my psychotherapy skills to build the capacity for authentic contact between people by teaching them how to support themselves to stay present in challenging conversations. We enable sensitive issues to be shared, and differences to be recognised in order to build efficient and effective partnerships.
This process provides a significant up-skilling benefit for Executives who need demonstrable improvements in teamwork and outcomes. People are mentored individually, or as a team, to engage with curiosity, calmness, compassion and courage to build strong coalitions.
