Mentoring support for individual leaders to improve performance
All leaders find themselves outside of their comfort zone at some point, or points in their career, which is an opportunity for enormous personal growth. I think this ‘lobster’ analogy from Rabi Dr. Abraham Twerski is a great way of thinking about growth in times of adversity.
When I engage with clients on any activity, even if they come purely for an output, like a business plan, I seek to leave them more capable than when they first came to me.
I work with individuals to raise their awareness of themselves, their drivers and behaviours and so support healthy change to occur naturally and sustainably.
Chemistry is important to this. I recommend we have an exploratory discussion, before we make a decision about whether I am the best mentor to take you through this period of growth.
